Fresh Inset registers Vidre+™ technology in Peru


Fresh Inset has registered its Vidre+™ technology in Peru, a leading exporter of avocados and limes. Vidre+™ technology may empower Peruvian avocado and lime exporters to deliver fresh produce to Europe and even the Far East.

“Entering the Peruvian market is a significant step for Fresh Inset. We are confident that Vidre+™ can assist Peruvian fresh produce growers, as it will enhance their ability to transport fruits over longer distances and reduce food waste.” — said in the press release Alfredo Malarin, Fresh Inset General Manager Peru

Vidre+™ Extends Vase Life of Cut Roses


In June, Fresh Inset shared the research results of Vidre+™ on roses, which showed that roses treated with Vidre+™ exhibited increased petal longevity, better color retention, and reduced wilting, making it a beneficial solution for growers, retailers, and the environment. Vidre+™ has been shown to extend the vase life of cut roses up to 10 days, with 50% remaining in excellent condition.

Creators of Positive Technology 2024 Award


In July Fresh Inset was recognized as a Positive Impact Startup and has received the "Creators of Positive Technology 2024" award in the "Positive Impact Startups 2024. Ecosystem of Change" report, standing alongside startups like Astroteq.ai, Biostra, Green Sequest, and Waterly.

For the past six years, this report has been curated under the editorial guidance of Professor Bolesław Rok by the Kozminski Business Hub at Kozminski University in Poland.
